To start receiving delegation rewards you need to delegate your Hive Power to the delegation account: @empo.voter
You can perform this operation from any Hive front-end such as peakd, ecency, beeswap or inleo. 1. Go to your account and search the 'Delegate' tab.
Fill the details of your delegation. @empo.voter (without the @) as the delegatee account and below how much Hive Power do you want to delegate.
You're already set. You can micro manage your delegation through the lens to check the details of your delegations.
If you make it until this point and empo.voter is there you don't need to do anything else rather than wait for the PWR to arrive at your account. PWR is usually sent in a single transaction daily from @empo.issuer to every eligible user. This means that depending on the time you have delegated, it could take up to ~24h to receive your first PWR transfer.
If you can see the delegation as in the previous screenshot, it is very likely that everything is correct on your side. Just relax and you will probably receive your first PWRs within a few hours.
